Back from the dead

I’m alive, don’t worry!  I’ve been decent, there have been some bad days, in terms of too few calories or too many, but as physical proof that I’ve been good overall, my BMI is down to 25.9 from 26.7!  Can you believe on Wednesday, we will have been keeping track of each other for 4 weeks?  I hope things are going well for you, I know this coming weekend may be rough, since a friend is coming in to town for the Michigan-Wisconsin game, and I have plans to tailgate, go to the game, and go out afterwards.  The last time I did anything similar to this was when I shared that fifth of Captain’s with a friend.  Whoops.  And I pretty much never make good nutritional decisions when I’ve had a few drinks. 

Keep up the good work!  And like I promised, I’ll try to be better from here on out!
